About the Committee
The Potsdam Conference, held from July 17 to August 2, 1945, marked a significant gathering of Allied leaders — U.S. President Harry S. Truman, British Prime Minister Winston Churchill (later Clement Attlee), and Soviet Premier Joseph Stalin — at the end of World War II. The objective of the conference was to address unresolved affairs in post-war Europe; particularly concerning the management of German reparations and occupation after the unconditional surrender, and the fate of Eastern Europe. In this committee, delegates are expected to negotiate territorial boundaries and engage in diplomatic discussions regarding global political influence.
